You cannot get to the Progressive pursuit of equity without socially engineering discrimination and awarding people who don’t deserve it. And while the left claims this will solve racism, they are actually the biggest perpetrators of systemic racism. Fortunately, there is one big thing standing in the way of total leftist ruin, and that is Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Progressives don’t really care about things like federal laws. More often than not, they blatantly disregard it and prove to be the tyrants that they are. And the more bureaucracy there is, the more these illegal acts occur. This is why it’s not surprising that three teachers in NYC just won a $2.1 million lawsuit after they claimed they were demoted for being white.

According to The Post Millennial:

The plaintiffs claimed in the lawsuit that they had been demoted under former Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza and were replaced by people of color who they claimed were unqualified to take on their roles.

The suit was filed five years ago and all three teachers, Lois Herrera, Jaye Murray, and Laura Feijoo, will each receive $700,000 in the form of a settlement after a judge ruled they offered evidence of “race-based discrimination.”

WHOA! They cashed out big! Good for them.

Carranza was on a mission to battle “toxic whiteness” in the DOE, according to the suit, which resulted in “discriminatory” demotions.

Just imagine the roles were reversed and white administrators said they were on a mission to combat “toxic blackness.” That behavior is so racist and disgusting and it’s even more concerning that these are the people in charge of our education system.

The lawsuit claimed that while Herrera, a Harvard graduate, was operating as the CEO of the Office of Safety and Youth Development, one of Carranza’s deputy chancellors suddenly took away her title and replaced her with Mark Rampersant, a GED-holding black man who was “less-qualified.”

LOL. They didn’t even replace her with a high school graduate. And the other teachers were replaced under similar circumstances.

A spokesperson for the city’s law department said: “The DOE and City are fully committed to fair and inclusive employment practices, and we maintain that these claims lack merit. Nevertheless, settlement of this long-standing case was in the best interest of all parties.”

What the district really meant to say was: We don’t care that we are a bunch of racist commies and we will continue with our reprehensible hiring practices because people of color are not capable of rising to these positions by themselves.”

There is no doubt that the left has always been the side to perpetuate racism. And no matter how loud they scream and point the finger at everyone else, they are the ones keeping race-based preferences on life support. And discriminating against a majority to benefit a minority is still racist, no matter how hard they try to spin it.
