We’ve got vicious dog packs roaming the city where the Declaration was signed. What a metaphor.

Watch this cop (slowly) responds to a pack of four dogs were eating a guy for lunch.

WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG FOR THE COP TO RESPOND???

Apparently, the officer was trying to distract the dogs with his siren. It’s hard for the modern American mind to grasp that dogs can go feral like this. He probably thought he could get the wolf pack to run away.

Reporter Steve Keeley of Fox 29 shared this statement from police:

Absolutely insane.

Have I mentioned that this happened 15 minutes from Independence Hall, the birthplace of America?

I know someone who can clean this mess up if Philly needs help!!
