Yesterday Senator Marsha Blackburn tweeted this week that any students engaging in terrorist acts or promoting terrorism on behalf of Hamas should be put on the no fly list and added to the terrorist watch list:

Makes complete sense, right?

Not to everyone, especially Ilhan Omar who came to the defense of these pro-Hamas students.

Omar writes: “A sitting Senator, labels Americans protesting against a foreign country accused of carrying out a genocide funded with our tax dollars as terrorists and puts a target on their back to be attacked. This is insanely dangerous and somehow no one will condemn it.”

First of all there is no genocide going on in Gaza. For Omar to suggest such is outrageous and just shows how her obvious antisemitism and hatred for the Jewish state of Israel.

Second of all, Blackburn wasn’t talking about students who are simply ‘protesting’ Israel’s war, as Omar claims. This is a complete lie and misdirection. Blackburn was more than clear in her tweet that she was referring to students who have “promoted terrorism or engaged in terrorists acts on behalf of Hamas.”

Omar doesn’t deserve to be in Congress.
