Remember that time the federal courts shut down the Biden Administration’s blatant disregard of the Civil Rights Act by trying to hand out $4 billion to farmers based on skin color?

Well, they did it again.

This time when they issued money form the Emergency Relief Programs to farmers who suffered damages during natural disasters, they allocated that funding based on both sex and race.

They even have a special form to certify that you’re not a white male, which applicants have to have on file: Form CCC-860, Socially Disadvantaged, Limited Resource, Beginning and Veteran Farmer or Rancher Certification.

Part A says,

I certify that I am a member of a group listed below, whose members have been subject to racial, ethnic, or gender prejudice because of their identity as members of a group without regard to their individual qualities. (Check all that apply apply but note that if only “women” is checked without selecting the other category, the selection does not make the applicant socially disadvantaged for conservation programs).

  • Women.
  • American Indians or Alaskan Natives, Asians or Asian Americans, Black or African Americans, Native Hawaiians or other Pacific Islanders, Hispanics.

On the other hand, there’s a note at the bottom of the form that says,

In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA

And yet when the Texas wildfires hit farmers in Texas and Oklahoma, some farmers got more money in relief than others because of that certification.

The same firm that led the charge against the biased loan-forgiveness scheme is leading this lawsuit as well, on behalf of three Texas farmers, who were given less relief based solely on their skin color and their sex.

Farmers like Rusty Strickland, Alan West, and Bryan Baker — all white men who were not “socially disadvantaged” or “underserved” as USDA defined those terms — received less money in disaster relief funds than if they had been of a different race or sex.

Considering the USDA was just following Biden’s executive order, one would think that there are allocations of funding across the board that fall in this discriminatory pattern.

How many grants were given to artists based on sex and race? Grants to scholars?

It seems like it wouldn’t be hard to take a play out of the left’s handbook and tie the Biden Administration up in lawsuits from now until the election if we wanted to.
