Trump goes scorched earth on RFK Jr. in Truth Social posts: ‘Democrat

Former President Donald Trump has suddenly taken to attacking independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

In a stunning series of three Truth Social posts published late Friday evening, he tore into RFK Jr. and his “radicalized” family.

“RFK Jr. is a Democrat ‘Plant,’ a Radical Left Liberal who’s been put in place in order to help Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the History of the United States, get Re-Elected,” his first post began.

“A Vote for Junior’ would essentially be a WASTED PROTEST VOTE, that could swing either way, but would only swing against the Democrats if Republicans knew the true story about him,” it continued.

And what exactly is the “true story?” According to Trump, it’s that, despite Kennedy’s beef with the Democrat Party, he’s still nevertheless a complete, unadulterated lefty.

“Junior’ is totally Anti-Gun, an Extreme Environmentalist who makes the Green New Scammers look Conservative, a Big Time Taxer and Open Border Advocate, and Anti-Military/Vet,” Trump explained.

In his second Truth Social post, Trump briefly went after Kennedy’s admittedly backstabbing family, writing, “His Radicalized Family will never allow him to be a Republican.”

He wasn’t wrong. Earlier this very month, 15 members of his extended family all endorsed President Joe Biden. during a recent campaign event in Philadelphia.

“President Biden has been a champion for all the rights and freedoms that my father and uncles stood for,” RFK Jr.’s sister, Kerry Kennedy, said during the event.

Kennedy’s family members have been publicly trash-talking him for months.

Continuing his second Truth Social post, the former president aimed fire at Kennedy’s vice-presidential pick, Nicole Shanahan.

“[H]is Chief ‘Funder’ is the V.P. Candidate that nobody ever heard of, except her ex-husband, who’s been stripped of a big chunk of cash,” he wrote. “She puts herself down as a businesswoman, or maybe a doctor, and actually, I guess you could say that she’s right.”

“Her business was doing surgery on her husband’s wallet! She’s more Liberal than Junior’ by far, not a serious person, and only a Pot of Cash to help get her No Chance Candidate on the Ballot…,” he added.

In his third Truth Social post, Trump accused Kennedy of screwing up New York State with his political recommendations and demands.

“I lived with RFK Jr. in New York and watched him convince Governor Cuomo to make Environmental moves that were outright NASTY,” he wrote. “Upstate New York was not allowed to drill or frack as Ohio, Pennsylvania, and others ripped off New York Energy.”

“Because of this, prices have skyrocketed all over that part of the Country, but especially Upstate New York and New England. Their Energy Costs are the highest in the U.S., with the exception of California, run by Gavin Newscum, the Worst Governor in the State’s History,” he added.

Concluding the post, the former president stunningly said he’d prefer President Joe Biden over RFK …

“I’d even take Biden over Junior’, because our Country would last a year or two longer prior to collapse – But it would be dead either way,” he wrote. “His Views on Vaccines are FAKE, as is everything else about his Candidacy. Let the Democrats have RFK Jr. They deserve him!”

Meanwhile, Kennedy is also facing rampant attacks from his left flank.

“The Democratic National Committee has built out a first-of-its-kind unit, hiring staffers specifically dedicated to disabling Kennedy and other third-party candidates,” Politico reported earlier this month. “They’ve filed Federal Elections Commission complaints against Kennedy and his allies, while accusing him of being funded by Republican mega donors. ”

“Democratic outside groups are also working to dig up dirt on Kennedy and his newly named running mate, Nicole Shanahan, a wealthy Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist,” according to Politico.

Dovetailing back to Trump’s attack, it comes a few days after a report revealing that Kennedy’s candidacy is poised to hurt Trump more than Biden.

“The latest national NBC News poll finds the third-party vote — and especially independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — cutting deeper into former President Donald Trump’s support than President Joe Biden’s,” NBC News reported on the 21st.

“Trump leads Biden by 2 percentage points in a head-to-head matchup, 46% to 44%, in the new NBC News poll. Yet when the ballot is expanded to five named candidates, Biden is the one with a 2-point advantage: Biden 39%, Trump 37%, Kennedy 13%, Jill Stein 3% and Cornel West 2%.”

This may explain Trump’s sudden decision to go on the offense …
