Alvin Bragg’s day in court isn’t going well for him according to Jonathan Turley, who says his case against Trump is collapsing under its own weight.

At the center of this collapse is former publisher of the National Enquirer, David Pecker, whose testimony is destroying the case against Trump.

Primarily, Pecker is revealing that he had been killing stories for many other celebrities and he’d been doing it for Trump for 2 decades before the election, meaning this can’t be tied directly to the election.

Turley also points out:

“Yesterday was really bad in terms of the cross examination for the prosecution. Today is much worse. Here Pecker is saying that Trump didn’t want to purchase the [Stormy Daniels] story. Yesterday he said that when he asked Trump about reimbursing Cohen, he said he didn’t know anything about that.”
