Watch this dude in Jacksonville wrestle a gator in the street as police and crowds look on in astonishment:

He tracked it down, got the mouth taped up, then he walked around showing his capture off to the crowd. All while the cops and the bystanders looked on in awe.

“The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office extends its gratitude to Nuisance Gator Trapper Mike Dragich for his professional assistance in safely removing an alligator from the roadway,” Officer Maximo Morel-Sepulveda told USA TODAY in a statement. “His expertise in handling these wild animals ensured the safety of both our officers and our community members.”

Then there was the Air Force base in Tampa, which had a gator issue on Monday. The trappers in this case didn’t go full Florida Man (sad!), but they still got the job done.
