President Joe Biden suggested that there are good people on both sides of the anti-Israel protests at Columbia University which are now spreading to other elite universities.

Entitled brats used to getting their way and who have been stirred up by left-wing agitators are engaging in shocking conduct at the Ivy League school, putting pressure on the administration to do something about the rising tide of anti-Semitism that has been unleashed over Israel’s war on the Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

On Monday, the octogenarian Democrat was asked by a reporter about whether he condemned the anti-Semitic campus protests while he was at an Earth Day event in Virginia.

“I condemn the anti-Semitic protests, that’s why I’ve set up a program to deal with that,” Biden said. “I also condemn those who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians and their — how they’re doing.”

Biden also declined to answer whether he believes that the president at Columbia University should resign over the ongoing Jew hatred at the New York City institution of higher learning.

The answer seemed to be exactly what he has spent years attacking former President Donald J. Trump for, the “very fine people on both sides” remark about the 2017 protests in Charlottesville, VA that were twisted by Democrats to falsely claim that he was praising neo-Nazis.

“You look at both sides. I think there is blame on both sides. I have no doubt about it,” Trump said at the time about the protests which have been used by the left for years to portray himself and his supporters as white supremacists. “You also had some very fine people on both sides.”

Biden continues to lean heavily on the hoax version of Trump’s remarks, even going so far as to invoke them during a 2022 speech to NATO which had nothing to do with what took place in Charlottesville five years earlier.

“I made a commitment when I ran this time. I wasn’t going to run again, and I mean that sincerely. I had no intention of running for President again,” Biden claimed in Brussels. “Until I saw those folks coming out of the fields in Virginia carrying torches and carrying Nazi banners and literally singing the same vile rhyme that they used in Germany in the early ‘20s or ‘30s.”

“And then, when the gentleman you mentioned was asked what he thought — and a young woman was killed, a protester — and he asked — was asked what he thought, he said, “There are very good people on both sides.” And that’s when I decided I wasn’t going to be quiet any longer,” Biden said.

But that isn’t what Trump said, even CNN’s Jake Tapper who is no fan of the former president has acknowledged it.

What took place in Charlottesville has been the proverbial gift that keeps on giving for Democrats with staunchly pro-Israel Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) invoking the tiki torches to describe the venomous mob of Jew-haters at Columbia.

Why Trump can be blamed for Charlottesville while Biden is able to escape his own culpability in fomenting the ugly anti-Semitism on campuses is just the latest example of the hypocrisy that rules the media in today’s toxic environment of dishonesty and double standards.
