Oh man, someone REALLY hates free speech.

Here’s Australian Senator Jacqui Lambie demanding that Elon Musk be thrown in jail for life because some people are sending mean tweets.

He (Elon Musk) has absolutely no social conscience. Somebody like that should be thrown in jail and the key be thrown away. That bloke should not have a right to be out there on his own ideology platform and creating hatred.

This comes after Elon mocks the idea that Australia gets to demand what’s allowed on the internet for the entire world after the radical Islam attack against a Christian Bishop in Australia.

Elon responded further to the Aussie effort to destroy X last night:

Our concern is that if ANY country is allowed to censor content for ALL countries, which is what the Australian “eSafety Commissar” is demanding, then what is to stop any country from controlling the entire Internet?

Tyrants always appeal to “safety,” don’t they?

We have already censored the content in question for Australia, pending legal appeal, and it is stored only on servers in the USA.

Elon is already complying with Australia’s censorship efforts, but he refuses to implement GLOBAL censorship over an Australian concern.

And this is why he should be put in prison for life, for being “anti-social” in his commitment to free speech.

These people really are nuts!
