As we get closer to the election, the left’s fear-mongering lies will become increasingly more unhinged. This will especially concern abortion, as when the majority of Progressive causes put the American people last, they must make up some lie to gaslight the naive voting base as if they care about things like “women’s rights.” That is truly the best they can do when they pretend to represent the American people, as most of their concerns are regarding efforts to make sure no human is illegal or funding foreign wars.

Yesterday, Gavin Newsom released a ridiculous ad regarding abortion that is so asinine you would think it was a joke. But it wasn’t, it was just as serious as any Democratic official out there. In this video, Newsom attempts to convince women in Alabama that they will have to take pregnancy tests if they want to leave the state. That is because as the left goes further and further off the deep end, so do their lies. Because we went from lies of “safe and rare” to the evil demands of “up until birth for any reason at all.” Thus, many states have already legalized abortion up until birth. So what else is Newsom to do other than lie that women’s rights are supposedly under attack? Not that women should have a “right” to kill children but I digress.

Anyway, we have another pathetic attempt from the fear-mongering abortion squad for you today, and it comes from AP “news.” In their joke of an article, the outlet has tried to convince people that there is a direct correlation between abortion bans and pregnant women being denied care. And the way the writer convinces their readers this lie is accurate is by saying that doctors are too stupid to understand legislation and therefore, believe any level of care related to pregnant women is de facto an abortion. Sort of like how the left pretends that a miscarriage is an abortion.

According to the outlet:

Complaints that pregnant women were turned away from U.S. emergency rooms spiked in 2022 after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, federal documents obtained by The Associated Press reveal.

The cases raise alarms about the state of emergency pregnancy care in the U.S., especially in states that enacted strict abortion laws and sparked confusion around the treatment doctors can provide.

“It is shocking, it’s absolutely shocking,” said Amelia Huntsberger, an OB/GYN in Oregon. “It is appalling that someone would show up to an emergency room and not receive care — this is inconceivable.”

Read that quote carefully. It is extremely misleading. What the outlet has done is claim that at a certain period, which just so happens to be around the time that SCOTUS overturned Roe V. Wade, there was an increase in “complaints that pregnant women were turned away from U.S. emergency rooms.” Which could mean ANYTHING. A woman could have been sent home after she mistakenly thought she was going into labor. But because the left equates abortion to “healthcare” they use the meaning of the word “care” in quotes so that when they first say that women are being turned away from care, you will think it is medically necessary. But when they quote an OB/GYN who says someone did “not receive care” they want you to believe that the word “care” actually means “care” but in reality, she is talking about abortion. But the outlet thinks the general public is too stupid to see that and would rather be misled. This is also why the left must rely on progressive platitudes and cherry-picked antidotes as their last resort to gaslight the masses.

Let’s continue:

Federal law requires emergency rooms to treat or stabilize patients who are in active labor and provide a medical transfer to another hospital if they don’t have the staff or resources to treat them. Medical facilities must comply with the law if they accept Medicare funding.

Pregnant patients have “become radioactive to emergency departments” in states with extreme abortion restrictions, said Sara Rosenbaum, a George Washington University health law and policy professor.

“They are so scared of a pregnant patient, that the emergency medicine staff won’t even look. They just want these people gone,” Rosenbaum said.

That is not true. No one is so scared of pregnant women to the point that they refuse to look at them. That is such an asinine statement and a total lie.

Consider what happened to a woman who was nine months pregnant and having contractions when she arrived at the Falls Community Hospital in Marlin, Texas, in July 2022, a week after the Supreme Court’s ruling on abortion. The doctor on duty refused to see her.

“The physician came to the triage desk and told the patient that we did not have obstetric services or capabilities,” hospital staff told federal investigators during interviews, according to documents. “The nursing staff informed the physician that we could test her for the presence of amniotic fluid. However, the physician adamantly recommended the patient drive to a Waco hospital.”

The hospital did not have a department dedicated to childbirth. That is because it is an emergency room and labor is not an emergency since it usually takes AT LEAST 12 hours. And the physician did not “refuse” to look at her, he even approached her and recommended what she should do in her situation and offered to provide the care they were capable of.

So whatever the outlet is trying to do makes no sense. She was not refused care and it’s insane that comparing a woman in labor when she is nine months pregnant to Roe V. Wade is asinine.

AP’s article is a perfect example of saying so much but saying nothing at all. Because they made such a rich claim and said nothing but threw in a couple of quotes equating abortion to “care.” So I would say nice try but it was pretty pathetic. And for the record, abortion is NOT healthcare.
