Keystone State Senator John Fetterman unloaded on the antisemitic protests happening on America’s campuses in an X post over the weekend. Fetterman said that Columbia President Shafik needs to do her job and protect Jewish students or resign so someone else will.

Fetterrman also expressed he agreed with the White House assessment that the protests are “antisemitic, unconscionable, and dangerous.”

“Silence is complicity,” President Biden’s statement on the protests read. “Even in recent days, we’ve seen harassment and calls for violence against Jews. This blatant Antisemitism is reprehensible and dangerous — and it has absolutely no place on college campuses, or anywhere in our country.”

Fetterman echoed the statement on X.

“I fully agree with the White House—these “protests” are antisemitic, unconscionable, and dangerous. Add some tiki torches and it’s Charlottesville for these Jewish students. To @Columbia President Minouche Shafik: do your job or resign so Columbia can find someone who will.”
