Weight is malleable. So much so that the scale can fluctuate several pounds every day. Anyone who is morbidly obese can theoretically end up underweight because weight is something that can change.

Given that weight is incredibly impressionable, you would think that the gender-bender bandwagon would let those who are trans-obese on board. But they don’t. Because you can’t just “identify” as something you are not, according to them. And no, they do not see the lack of self-awareness or the hypocrisy in not allowing one to be trans-fat.

A skinny person with the pronouns he/they was kicked out of a queer fat club after claiming he identified as someone who weighs 275 pounds.

According to The Post Millennial:

Video footage of the incident has since gone viral across X, formerly known as Twitter, which had many claiming that if someone can identify as the opposite sex or nonbinary then identifying as “fat” should be accepted too.

According to the video, a woman in the group looked perplexed as to why the man showed up to the club, which was being convened in an online forum.

“Um, this is a queer fat club,” the woman said to the man.

He responded, “Um, I’m queer and fat.”

It makes no sense as to why she is so confused. He is queer and he is fat. Are there any more requirements than that to be included in a queer fat group? Because I beg to differ.

“Okay. Thank you for joining,” she said with a confused look on her face. “We’re just introducing ourselves at the moment. Do you want to go ahead and introduce yourself?”

“Yeah. My name’s Joe. I go by he/they and I identify as 275 pounds,” he said. “I know it’s kind of a shock. I know it’s kind of a new thing.”

The woman then asked him, “Are you comfortable leaving the group at the moment?”
“Why?” he responded.

“I’m not understanding why you’re joining the group,” she responded.

“This is the queer and fat group, no?” he asked.

“Yeah,” she responded.

“I identify as a fat-bodied person,” he said then asked, “Are you guys comfortable with me here?”

The group ultimately decided that they were not comfortable with his presence and then voted that he leave the group.

You are allowed to identify as a cat but you are not allowed to identify as fat. That is how logical these people are. But that makes no sense because people have been changing their weight long before they have been changing their genders. And I doubt they would have kicked him out if he was a transgender woman.

If these ladies want society to be inclusive towards their views, the least they can do is keep their lack of logic consistent. But as it turns out, they are being incredibly bigoted by discriminating against a queer individual who identifies as fat.

They say you can’t have your cake and eat it too. But these ladies are fat. And therefore, they had the cake and ate. Subsequently, they will not be affirming the identities of those who identify as overweight. To say that is intolerant would be an understatement. And we will never condone this level of discrimination.
