[VIDEO] – Thug with 7 prior arrests sucker punches random woman in the face, breaks her jaw in Brooklyn

ABC 7 did a report on a thug named Franz Jeudy who has been arrested seven times for assault in Brooklyn and keeps getting let back out on the street.

This week he sucker punched a random woman on the street as she was walking by and broke her teeth and her jaw. Now she’s in fear every time she sees a man standing around on the street as she’s walking.

Because there wasn’t any ‘intent’ in this assault, Jeudy wasn’t charged with a felony and was let back out on the street again. It’s unreal.

A thug with 7 prior arrests punched a lady directly in the face last week in Brooklyn.

The man fractured her face, permanently damaged her lip, and knocked out teeth.

Franz Jeudy is already out on the streets.
