The Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore Maryland collapsed overnight after being struck by a Singaporean cargo ship that hit one of the pillars. There were people in vehicles on the bridge when it collapsed, plunging them into the cold waters below.
According to ABC News, “Rescuers searching for at least 7 people after bridge collapse in Baltimore.”
