John Fetterman is a doofus, but a lot of the time doofuses can be quite hilarious. For instance, check out Fetterman’s response after a reporter asks him why he’s going to go visit Trump at Mar-a-Lago in the near future:

Bro is about to make history!

For those of you living under a rock, President-elect Trump has said multiple times, including during his first term, that he wants to make Greenland part of the United States.

Fetterman will actually make history, however, in becoming the first Democratic Senator to visit Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. As Fetterman says:

I’m not the Senator for just Democrats in Pennsylvania, I’m everyone’s Senator in Pennsylvania, so it’s just having a conversation with [Trump].

He also mentions the Laken Riley Act, of which he is a co-sponsor in the Senate.

Things are sure changing in Washington, and it’s not even January 20 yet!
