Only in DC could you sucker people into paying $95 for a bottle of water.

They pay $95 for a bottle of water, you campaign for them next election cycle, and everybody wins.

Totally kidding. This is actually some serious water we’re talking about here.

A Michelin-starred restaurant in Washington D.C. has unveiled a luxury ‘water menu’ that features a $95 bottle of melted water from a Canadian iceberg.

The ‘water menu’ at The Inn at Little Washington, which has three Michelin stars, features different drinking options from glaciers and water sources around the world, as reported by Eater.

The menu features 25 different waters, from Finland to New Zealand. The menu also includes some American options, such as California and Texas.

Here’s proprietor Patrick O’Connell on his new H20 menu:

[W]e’re going to have about 25 waters and a water menu … These waters are so unique. Some are from underground glaciers that are 3,000 years old. They’ve never been in contact with the air. The varieties, tastes, and textures of these waters are absolutely fascinating.

He’s not joking.

That sparkling water from Slovenia is actually more expensive per ounce than the Canadian glacier water!

Can’t say I’ll ever enjoy this extravagant menu, but if you’re ever in DC and want to waste your money similar to the way our federal government wastes ours, go ahead and pay a visit to The Inn at Little Washington.
