President-elect Donald Trump’s border Czar, Tom Homan, reacted to the murder of a woman on the New York subway by an illegal alien who burned her alive by calling out Governor Kathy Hochul for touting the “safety” of her city.

Homan highlighted the state’s sanctuary policies that allowed this person to stay in the country.

He also pointed out that law enforcement are prevented from acting due to the state’s policies.

“Governor Hochul, shame on you. There’s nothing you can say that’s going to make this right in New York,” Homan told Fox News.

Hochul claimed that crime has decreased on NYC subways since she deployed the National Guard.

“Here’s another example of an illegal alien killing an American citizen,” Homan said.

“It’s almost a daily occurrence now, because a historic number of criminal aliens are walking the streets, because of this administration’s policy in sanctuary jurisdictions and lax immigration enforcement,” he said.

As we reported on Monday, a sleeping subway passenger was set on fire and burned to death at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station in New York City on Sunday.

The NYPD discovered a woman engulfed in flames on the F train around 7:30 a.m.

Officials believe a man used a lighter to set the woman’s clothing on fire.

Officers on patrol found “a person standing inside the train car fully engulfed in flames,” Tisch said.

Officers on patrol at an upper level of the station saw smoke and went to investigate and found “a person standing inside the train car fully engulfed in flames,” New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said.

An MTA worker said it looked like the woman’s clothes had been “burnt off.”

“I was just walking by. The cops were there already. I didn’t see her in flames, but that’s what I heard. It was out. They shut the lights off [in the car] so nobody could see,” the worker told the outlet.

“It’s scary,” Alex Gureyev, a Brooklyn construction manager told the Post.
