A new pardon precedent with weeks of power remaining for President Joe Biden increased concern over what havoc the “addled, corrupt, and demented failure” might bring on the country.

Mere days before Christmas, families who have already experienced tremendous suffering were delivered a new blow as the incumbent announced commutations for the vast majority of federal death row inmates.

Reacting to the alleged “abuse of the pardon power,” reminders of the crimes of the heinous convicts raised questions on where Biden would draw the line as limited exceptions led to challenges, “If that’s not terrorism, I don’t know what is to parents.”

While some hypothesized globalist free-for-all with an executive attempt at amnesty, former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andy McCarthy weighed in Monday on “America’s Newsroom” with Fox News’ Julie Banderas and said, “I think it’s yet another abuse of the pardon power.”

“I want to take a look at some of the death row inmates whose sentences Biden actually commuted because it’s really disgusting. Thomas Sanders, he brutally kidnapped and murdered a 12-year-old girl, Lexis Roberts, in the fall of 2010. Apparently, Biden believes this man deserves to live,” said the former prosecutor. “Meanwhile, the family of the 12-year-old girl has lost their daughter and now has to deal with justice not being served there.”

“Jorge Avila-Torrez sexually assaulted and stabbed two girls — Laura Hobbs, just eight years old, Krystal Tobias, age nine at the time of her death — stabbed both these girls to death in 2005. He also strangled a naval officer, Amanda Snell, age 20, four years later. He now gets to live,” continued McCarthy. “Anthony Battle, another one among those sentences that were commuted, brutally murdered an Atlanta prison guard with a hammer in 1994.”

“Now, this is an example of Joe Biden, who basically states that unless you’ve been charged with terrorism charges, then you’re allowed to live. I mean, that’s kind of how he looks at this. This is terrorism. You’re killing minors. If that’s not terrorism, I don’t know what is to parents,” he added as the Boston Bomber, as well as the Charleston Church and Tree of Life synagogue murderers were not included in the commutations.

Having already set a new record for clemency among modern presidents and turned on his own stated claims that he would not pardon his son, Hunter Biden, by granting a decade-spanning blanket pardon, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk cast a wary eye on the border crisis.

“I am increasingly worried Biden is going to blanket pardon every single illegal alien in the country before he leaves office,” Kirk posted to X while others slammed the lame-duck president’s actions as his cognitive abilities were no longer being covered up by corporate media.

“Joe Biden is an addled, corrupt, and demented failure. The White House has become a memory care facility as Biden is led around by his corrupt kids and his Marxist staffers. That’s why 37 depraved murderers have clemency,” contended Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton (R).

Outspoken conservative James Woods suggested the commutations were only the start for the soft-on-crime leftists he suggested would undoubtedly seek to free the murderers from prison.

“It is appropriate that Joseph Biden would pardon a child murderer. And, yes, I know technically it’s a commutation to life without parole. But, don’t worry, the liberals will be working hard to get him out, so it might as well be a pardon. Biden is a disgusting human being,” he wrote amid the avalanche of disdain aimed at the outgoing executive.
