Since too many organizations are more concerned with being politically correct, rather than morally or factually correct, women’s safety and spaces have been under attack for far too long. And given that not every public official is a total buffoon, some are actually out there trying to end this nonsense.

Texas AG Ken Paxton is suing the NCAA for including male players in women’s sports.

According to The Post Millennial

The lawsuit accuses the NCAA of engaging in deceptive practices by promoting sporting events as “women’s” competitions while allowing biological males to participate.

This is a good point, as it’s incredibly deceptive and dishonest to tell people they are competing in women-only competitions when that could not be further from the truth.

If men are included in women’s sports, why are they still calling it women’s sports?

According to Paxton, the NCAA’s actions violate the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), a law designed to protect consumers from false advertising and misleading business practices. The suit claims the NCAA has failed to ensure that women’s competitions are exclusive to biological females, as implied in their marketing, and has also neglected to disclose which participants in these events are biological males.

This is a great angle to the lawsuit that should have been more obvious to many public officials. Organizations must truthfully advertise their products and practices to consumers, and it’s indisputable that this misleads the public while they are benefiting from these fraudulent practices.

“For many consumers, the assurance that only biological women compete in these events is a critical factor in their decision to support women’s sports,” Paxton’s office stated. “By falsely advertising these competitions as women’s sports, the NCAA misleads consumers and undermines trust in the integrity of college athletics.”

“The NCAA is intentionally and knowingly jeopardizing the safety and wellbeing of women by deceptively changing women’s competitions into co-ed competitions,” Paxton said. “When people watch a women’s volleyball game, for example, they expect to see women playing against other women—not biological males pretending to be something they are not. Radical ‘gender theory’ has no place in college sports.”

The fact that the best excuse these people can make is that some males feel some type of way deep down inside and thus, should compete against women in women-only competitions, is a bit of a stretch and deeply pathetic.

These fake athletics are nothing but an obvious fraud, making it incomprehensible how it’s allowed to persist. Additionally, those enabling this are actively participating in and perpetuating the fraud. Subsequently, the NCAA must be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
