ABC News pundit and longtime Democrat hack Donna Brazile served up some industrial strength cringe for Christmas with a gag reflex-triggering op-ed hailing Joe Biden as one of the greatest presidents in U.S. history.

With party loyalists now looking to paint perhaps the nation’s worst leader ever as a heroic figure as he prepares to slink out of the White House in disgrace, the former DNC boss and Clinton administration apparatchik may not have called for Joe’s face on Mount Rushmore, but pretty close to it.

In Brazile’s column for The Hill, she claims that Biden will be remembered fondly by historians despite his deep unpopularity with the public, nearly destroying the country on his watch and the media belatedly confessing that he’s been senile since the first day on the job.

“America’s greatest presidents were sometimes treated like punching bags in office — insulted and vilified by opponents. President Biden has endured the same undeserved treatment. But I expect that, like other great presidents, history will judge him more accurately,” she claimed.

“Biden has been a historically transformative president. His landmark domestic accomplishments are comparable to Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal and Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society,” Brazile added, laying it on thick.

She then appealed to authority to make her case, citing a 2023 “survey of 154 political scientists and other presidential experts” who ranked Biden at number 14, with Trump coming up dead last, a purely politically motivated ranking that has more than a whiff of the 51 former intelligence officials who claimed that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation.

X users didn’t have such a glowing opinion and savagely ridiculed the outlet and Brazile for their gaslighting.

Brazile’s lengthy piece was a textbook case of revisionist history, listing all of Biden’s disasters only with mind numbing spin that is typical for the slop served up by a left-wing outlet with a history of being in the bag for Democrats.

“Joe Biden has been an outstanding senator, vice president and president, devoting 50 years of his life to public service in elected office. Now 82, he was unable to turn back the clock and make himself younger, resulting in his abandoning his reelection campaign after concerns were raised about his ability to serve four more years,” Brazile concluded. “As Biden prepares to leave the White House, the American people owe him our thanks and gratitude for all he has achieved for us and for our country.”
