The Federal judge in Hunter Biden’s tax trail had some harsh words for President Joe Biden in regards to pardoning his son, Hunter.

U.S. District Court Judge Mark C. Scarsi took serious issue with the pardon of Hunter Biden handed down by President Joe Biden this week.

“..the President asserts that Mr. [Hunter] Biden was treated differently from others who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions…
…Mr. [Hunter] Biden admitted that he had sufficient funds available to him to pay some or all of his outstanding taxes when they were due, but that he did not make payments toward his tax liabilities even well after he had regained his sobriety.”

The case stems from Hunter Biden’s improper deductions of expenses as business related, even though they clearly were not.

Deductions such as luxury clothing, escort services, and his daughter’s law school tuition.

Nevertheless, Judge Scarsi did dismiss the tax case against Hunter Biden because of the presidential pardon.

In his statement, Judge Scarsi also refuted the President’s statement that no reasonable person could come to a conclusion other than Hunter Biden was targeted for being the President’s son.

“Two federal judges expressly rejected Mr. [Joe] Biden’s arguments that the Government prosecuted Mr. [Hunter] Biden because of his familial relation to the President… And the President’s own Attorney General and Department of Justice personnel oversaw the investigation leading to the charges.”
