Steve is right that stories about the mysterious San Jose State (SJSU) volleyball player are on the strange side. So is everything that takes place under the Dictatorship of the Subjunctive Mood (DSM), the imposition and enforcement of unreality, biological and otherwise.
Under DSM, Elizabeth Warren can claim to be a Cherokee and continue her political career even after exposure as a fraud. William Thomas, a bust on the men’s swim team at Penn, can claim to be a woman and compete against the gals as Lia Thomas with NCAA approval.
Teammates and competitors “have said” that SJSU’s Blaire Fleming “is transgender.” SJSU athletic bosses won’t allow any testing because of “privacy laws,” and no word whether hard-hitting Blaire has opted for a tuck-and-roll job. It’s all okay with Biden judge Kato Crews, who has shut down the verification process and allowed Blaire to play against players everybody says are women. That brings to mind Obama judge Jon Tigar and convicted murderer Rodney Quine, a married father of three.
In prison Quine claimed he sought female status since the age of nine. Judge Tigar believed him and ordered the first sex-change operation on the taxpayers’ dime. The newly minted Shiloh Heavenly Quine is now inmate WB1121 at the Central California Women’s Facility. This raises an issue with the law.
It is the right of all criminal suspects to identify as innocent but such a plea never ends the case. The court must consider the physical evidence, including DNA tests, to find out if the claim is true. Judges Tigar and Crews decline to consider evidence and accept claims of identity without question. DSM overrides DNA, and that obstruction of justice must not stand.
Any judge who declines to consider physical and biological evidence in any case has no place on the bench. The Trump DOJ should institutionalize such a disqualification practice in all jurisdictions.
