Why is it so hard for American corporations to not be woke?

Every employee at GEICO, according to this scoop from Libs of TikTok, is required to go through training to instruct them how to handle the pronoun question.

SCOOP: Employees at [GEICO] are being forced to complete mandatory training courses instructing them to provide their pronouns when engaging with customers and how to deal with being misgendered. Yet another company pushing gender ideology nonsense. We the people want this insanity to end!!

You’d have to be a real Neanderthal to take this kind of training seriously.

But it’s America in 2024, and just because Trump won doesn’t mean corporate America is done with the woke nonsense.

I mean, even if you’re the wokest person in the world, the biggest lib out there, what is the justification for making all employees go through this training that’s meant for the minuscule number of employees who might be “misgendered”?

Why is this a corporate problem and not a personal problem?

Senator Mike Lee makes an interesting point. Does this focus on woke policies make you more inclined to trust GEICO with your business?

To GEICO’s leadership: I can hear your profits slipping away.

All of these major corporations, like X before Elon, are bloated with a huge workforce, most of whom don’t have beneficial jobs. You know, like woke corporate HR trainers who waste everyone’s time with pronoun training.

Go woke, go broke may be more about just how wasteful and inefficient these companies are than anything else.
