“The less I spent on myself and the more I gave to others, the fuller of happiness and blessing did my soul become.” — Hudson Taylor
Hello, my name is Kolbie Kirk and I am a sixth-grade student at High Point Christian Academy. This holiday season, I will raise money to help a family in need who lost their home due to Hurricane Helene. As you may know, many lives were lost and homes were destroyed during Hurricane Helene. As we approach the winter season, many families are living in tents because they lost their homes. That is why, this holiday season, I am going to provide a family with a camper.
I am working with Patrick Davis from Heroes Center Inc., in High Point, NC, to identify a veteran family in need from Western NC.
2 Croninthaisn 9:7: “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
I am raising twenty thousand dollars for the purchase of this camper. Any additional money raised above and beyond my initial goal will support the continuing relief efforts in Western North Carolina. Any donation that you make will be much appreciated and will go to help families in Western NC this winter.
