New York Governor Kathy Hochul canceled a congestion pricing plan for Manhattan below 60th Street. The canceled plan set a $15 toll to get the job done, whatever it is. Hochul has now revised the plan to set the toll at $9, thus saving commuters 40 percent, or $1500 annually.
