Daniel Baldwin Appointed White House Correspondent for OAN
WASHINGTON D.C., November 12, 2024 – One America News Network (“OAN”) is proud to announce the appointment of Daniel Baldwin as its lead White House Correspondent effective immediately. Mr. Baldwin will provide daily coverage from the White House North Lawn, where OAN operates out of a media tent and the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room.
“I’m honored and thankful for the opportunity to cover the Trump 47 Administration,” Baldwin said. “It’s a critical time for our country. I fully expect that President-elect Trump will be highly active as he implements policies to fulfill his “Make America Great Again” campaign promises. I’m committed to delivering to OAN viewers concise and accurate reports on the administration’s activities and summaries from the briefing room.”
Mr. Baldwin’s tenure with OAN over the last three years has consisted of daily reports on national politics and coverage of nearly 100 Trump rallies during the presidential campaign.
“Daniel is an exceptional journalist,” John Hines, OAN’s DC Bureau Chief, said. “The experience he has gained and the contacts and relationships he has developed while covering national politics and the campaign will help him explain to OAN viewers the Trump Administration as it ‘makes America great again.’ Expect to see daily coverage from the Briefing Room by Daniel informed by wisdom and insight gained from months and years on the campaign trail. He is a hard-working reporter who absolutely knows what he’s talking about.”
Mr. Baldwin attended Regis High School in Manhattan, continuing his studies at the McDonough School of Business Georgetown University, and receiving a Master’s Degree in Broadcast & Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
