A Florida-based cruise company is offering an escape for those having a meltdown over the prospect of a second Donald Trump presidency.

The president-elect’s landslide victory against Vice President Kamal Harris delivered a clear mandate from the American people but some have a hard time accepting the idea of making America great again. For the TDS sufferers who need an escape, Villa Vie Residences is offering a four-year-long excursion dubbed the “Skip Forward” cruise.

Billed as the “world’s first residential cruise ship,” the Odyssey will reportedly take passengers on a four-year trip to all seven continents that includes an eight-day trip down the Amazon River.

“The two-year option is bitingly billed as the ‘Mid-Term Selection’ package – a reference to how, by then, the citizens who will be casting ballots for their states’ governor, seats in the House, and the Senate. Tickets start at around $40,000 a year, with price fluctuations based on occupancy and length of voyage,” the Daily Mail reported.

The more-than-30-year-old ship is already sailing and travelers can join the cruise at any of the various port stops along the way.

“A perfect Circumnavigation is different for every resident as we pick up new adventurers along the way in every port,” said Mikael Petterson, Chief Executive Officer of Villa Vie, according to the Daily Mail.

“With over 425 ports across 140 countries, each circumnavigation presents an unprecedented opportunity to discover the world from their floating home with ever-changing backyards,” the company said in a press release.

“If you hate Trump, rather than flee, stay and help people. What about all the people without means you say you wanted to help?” journalist and Newsmax anchor Greta Van Susteren posted on X.

Others on social media also slammed the idea of the expensive escape.
