President-elect Donald Trump’s attorney Mike Davis dared New York Attorney General Letitia James to continue her prosecution of Trump after his electoral victory.

“Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General … I dare you to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term,” he said on “The Benny Show” podcast on Thursday.

“Because listen here sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time. And we will put your fat a– in prison for conspiracy against rights and I promise you that,” he added.

Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and founder of the Article III Project, said James should “think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s constitutional rights.”

James reacted to the election results in a statement sent to the press on Wednesday.

“If possible, we will work with the administration but will not compromise values, integrity and principles,” James said.

“We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result,” James said, adding that her office is “prepared to fight back once again.”

Trump was convicted in a hush money case in New York earlier this year. The judge in the case is reportedly considering dropping the conviction.
