Retired General Mike Flynn and political strategist Steve Bannon appeared together on Wednesday’s WarRoom and publicly outlined their strategy for Donald Trump’s potential return to office. Their plan emphasizes rapid, decisive action to counter resistance from federal agencies and political opponents. Flynn stresses, “In warfare, you can never discount your opposition,” referring to what he calls “the enemy.” Both men describe an urgent need for preparation, emphasizing a proactive approach to eliminate opposition within government structures. He states these people were “hired…to block and tackle, every single day.” His solution is straightforward: “These people have to be eliminated… take their clearances away, take their badges away, thank them for their service.” According to Flynn, this would occur within Trump’s first days in office, aiming to clear the path for his agenda without delay.

One of Flynn’s main points is Trump’s need for strong, reliable security. He expresses doubt about the Secret Service’s loyalty, suggesting that cultural shifts have eroded the agency’s reliability. Instead, Flynn advises Trump to establish a secure command center at Mar-a-Lago, where he can operate safely.
