California Sen. Alex Padilla, appointed by Gov. Gavin Newson as the replacement for Kamala Harris, wants the Treasury Department to provide voter registration services for “people with limited English.” The senator nobody voted for is a key figure in enabling those not eligible to cast ballots. This is hardly a new development.

As a State Department investigation discovered, false-documented illegals have voted in local, state, and federal elections for decades. In 1996, illegals cast 784 votes against Republican Robert Dornan in a congressional race that Democrat Loretta Sanchez won by only 984 votes.

California Assembly Bill 60 (2013) authorized driver’s licenses for those “who are unable to provide proof of legal presence in the United States.” Through the “motor voter” program, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) registers the illegals to vote, but Democrats won’t say how many actually voted. In 2015, California Secretary of State Alex Padilla told the Los Angeles Times he expected “millions of new voters on the rolls” but wouldn’t say how many were illegally present in the United States.

After Trump’s victory in 2016, Padilla refused to cooperate with a federal probe of voter fraud. By March, 2018, the DMV had given driver’s licenses to more than one million illegals, but Padilla wouldn’t say how many illegals voted. In 2019, state Democrats rejected an audit of the DMV by State Auditor Elaine Howle, who uncovered Janet Napolitano’s $175 million slush fund at the University of California.

Padilla and fellow Democrats won’t say how many illegals voted in 2020, or in the 2021 recall for Gavin Newsom. A ballpark figure would be that millions of illegals voted, and they all voted for Democrats. For decades, party cadres known as politiqueros have bribed and threatened illegals to vote “a certain way,” all part of widespread “vote stealing.”

In 2018, scholars at MIT and Yale estimated that more than 22 million people are illegally present in the United States, far beyond the 11 million Pew Research Center claimed.

In 2019, California attorney general Xavier Becerra displayed a sign claiming 10 million “immigrants” in California alone. The Biden-Harris administration brought in some ten million more, with no criminal background checks or health records, the safeguards required of legal immigrants.

Democrats won’t say where the illegals are or how many have been registered to vote. It’s possible that millions have already voted for Harris. Through schemes like voter registration by the IRS, Democrats hope to extend nationwide the imported electorate already working to make California a one-party state.
