It’s Joe-over, at least as far as his role as a campaign surrogate for Kamala Harris goes. The president has been canceled by his vice president following a damaging interview in which he called Trump supporters “garbage.”

According to a new report, all his campaign calls have been scrapped and he now has zero events affiliated with the Harris campaign scheduled before election day. That’s simply unprecedented.

REPORTER: Tonight, Fox News has learned [that] multiple campaign calls that were publicly advised on the president’s schedule for yesterday afternoon were canceled as he faces continuing fallout over his “garbage” comment on a Zoom earlier this week. None of the calls that had been scheduled were officially sanctioned by or affiliated with the Harris campaign. Biden has no official campaign events on his schedule ahead of the election, Bret.

It’s hard to overstate how insane this development is. Joe Biden is the President of the United States. No one should be a bigger surrogate for Kamala Harris than him. Yet, he’s so senile and such a liability on the trail that he can’t even be trusted to do campaign Zoom calls without causing a multi-day negative news cycle for his vice president. With her campaign already floundering, the last thing Harris needs is Biden adding fuel to the fire.

So the decision seems to have been made. It’s the basement for Biden to ensure he doesn’t mumble something else that lowers the vice president’s chances in the final days of the race. Instead of doing rallies and interviews to help her, he’s been plugged. 

That’s pretty scandalous, isn’t it? Harris, the current vice president, has repeatedly asserted that Biden is at the top of his game, perfectly lucid, and capable of continuing to serve as president. Yet, he’s so far gone mentally and physically that he can’t even do campaign events for her in what appears to be the closest presidential election in modern history. 

Harris should be disqualified for that alone. If she can’t be trusted to tell the truth about Biden at this late hour despite all the evidence piling up that his remaining president is a dangerous proposition for the nation, then she certainly can’t be trusted to tell the truth if she attains the White House. This is an issue that she should have been pushed on over and over. Only because of the sheer bias of the mainstream press has she been able to avoid the well-deserved blowback. 

Can you think of another time a president has been unceremoniously booted from being involved in their vice president’s presidential run? Because I’m coming up blank. Hence my calling this unprecedented. It’s astonishing, and it shows how far down the rabbit hole we’ve traveled as a country. Nothing seems to matter. Not even the president being an invalid. Democrats truly believe they can get away with anything, and unless Republicans beat them at the polls in a few days, they’ll be proven right.
