Urban radio show host Charlamagne tha God, whose real name is Lenard McKelvey, had the audacity on Tuesday to accuse CNN of so-called “normalizing” former President Donald Trump.

CNN is, as is known by every conservative, one of the most anti-Trump networks in America, aside from MSDNC. Yet according to Charlamagne, CNN has been doing Trump favors by “normalizing” his “fascism.”

As proof of this supposed “fascism,” Charlamagne pointed to the weekend Madison Square Garden rally that Democrats and their media allies, including those at CNN, have falsely labeled a Nazi rally.

“I was watching CNN yesterday, and I’m not gonna say the anchor’s name, but they were talking about the MAGA rally at the Garden, and they were talking about it like it was just normal,” Charlamagne began.

“You know, it’s a weird thing they do on these networks. I’m telling you, we’re almost 10 years in of the Trump era, and they still don’t know how to cover that demon, okay? Or the blatant white supremacy that comes from anyone associated with him,” he added.

FYI, plenty of minorities, including blacks and Asians, eagerly attended and participated in the Madison Square Garden rally.

“It’s strange,” Charlamagne continued. “So in between talking about the MAGA rally like it was virtually normal, the host was still asking one of the pundits on the panel if Vice President Kamala Harris should do Joe Rogan. It was very strange!”

“But that’s what a lot of these cable news networks do and I see it a lot more on CNN. They have a problem making the main thing the main thing. They always center the wrong conversation, and by doing that, they have assisted in the normalization of Donald Trump’s fascism,” he added.

As a reminder, it’s the Biden-Harris administration that’s bucked the Supreme Court’s decisions, prosecuted peaceful pro-life activists, forced a vaccine mandate down millions of Americans’ throats, and tried to revive racial segregation and discrimination.

But clearly, none of these facts matter to Charlamagne, a die-hard leftist who’s been brainwashed by the leftist media’s gross lies.

Speaking of which, continuing his tirade, the radio show host then attacked conservative data analyst Ryan Girdusky, who was banned from CNN this week after he gave pro-Hamas, Islamist commentator Mehdi Hasan a taste of his own medicine.

“The other thing that happens on CNN a lot is what happened last night,” Charlamagne griped. “They will have a conservative who’s not there to have a good faith discussion and whatever it is the panel is discussing, the conservative will just say something wild and derail the whole conversation so that everybody forgets what they were even discussing to begin with!”

Bad faith? Really? As previously reported, all hell broke loose on CNN late Monday after Girdusky responded to Islamist commentator Mehdi Hasan smearing all Trump supporters as “Nazis” by making a beeper joke suggesting Hasan was a terrorist.

Girdusky was subsequently banned from the leftist network, while Hasan, the pro-Hamas Islamist, was predictably portrayed as a victim.

Later writing in a Substack post, Girdusky described what exactly led up to him making the terrorist joke.

“When I got up to speak, I said people in the media said everyone who attended the rally was Nazis and fascists, to which Abby [Phillip] said that was not true,” Girdusky writes in his Substack. “It was true. Hillary Clinton said it was a reenactment of the Nazi rally on CNN just days before, meaning that everyone in attendance was… you guessed it… a Nazi.”

“You can’t say that it was a fascist rally without implying that the people in attendance are fascists. That irked the sh*t out of me that she called me a liar on television,” he continues.

This is the point that Mehdi “chimed in” with his Nazi bull.

“Then Mehdi chimed in, saying if you don’t want to be called Nazis, then you shouldn’t… I thought, did you call us a Nazi. You?” Girdusky writes. “He said Trump was quoting Goebbels, and I interjected, ‘You, who have been called an antisemite?’ and he yelled back, ‘By you because I support Palestine.’”

“I literally have never talked about this man; I didn’t know who he was 48 hours ago, and now you’re saying I’m slinging mud at you when you just referred to me as a Nazi? It was all bullshit, and I just made a quick joke, ‘Well, I hope your beeper doesn’t explode,’” he adds.

And then all hell broke loose because God forbid he make a joke about a pro-Hamas Islamist who just called half of America “Nazis.”
