President Joe Biden tried to walk back his contempt for tens of millions of Americans who he clearly sees as human “garbage” after his latest gaffe spoiled Kamala Harris’ big night.
Democrats and their media surrogates spent three days wailing in faux outrage over an obscure comic’s poorly received joke that Puerto Rico was a “floating island of garbage” at former President Donald J. Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally and then watched in horror as the geriatric lame duck blew up their pre-election propaganda campaign at the worst possible time.
On Tuesday night, Harris delivered her dark, lie-filled closing argument from the Ellipse but it was Biden’s “basket of deplorables” moment that stole the limelight from the undemocratically installed Democrat nominee.

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said during a virtual meeting with the pro-Harris group Voto Latino. “His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and it is un-American.”
Biden’s insult of half the electorate came as Harris was making a cynical and insincere pitch for “unity” at her big D.C. rally which would have dominated media coverage were it not for his gaffe which couldn’t have come at a worse time for her.
Nearly immediately after the inflammatory words left Joe’s lips, Democrats knew that they had a big problem on their hands after he cut the legs right out from under their latest hoax about Trump, and his handlers quickly sent the loose cannon out to mop up the hot mess that he’d created.
Earlier today I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump’s supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage—which is the only word I can think of to describe it. His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable. That’s all I meant to say. The…

“Earlier today I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump’s supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage—which is the only word I can think of to describe it. His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable. That’s all I meant to say. The comments at that rally don’t reflect who we are as a nation,” Biden – or whoever runs his social media accounts – said in a post to X.
But it’s another falsehood from the party of the “Big Lie” because Biden and Harris have already established the contempt that they have for anyone who doesn’t support their illicit regime who they have smeared as “Nazis” in a despicable demonization of loyal Americans who hold differing political views.
Trump reacted to Biden’s smear in posts to Truth Social and X.
While I am running a campaign of positive solutions to save America, Kamala Harris is running a campaign of hate. She has spent all week comparing her political opponents to the most evil mass murderers in history. Now, on top of everything, Joe Biden calls our supporters…

“While I am running a campaign of positive solutions to save America, Kamala Harris is running a campaign of hate. She has spent all week comparing her political opponents to the most evil mass murderers in history. Now, on top of everything, Joe Biden calls our supporters garbage,’” he wrote.
“You can’t lead America if you don’t love the American People. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have shown they are both unfit to be President of the United States,” Trump stated.
He also addressed Biden’s insult while speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, likening it to Hillary Clinton’s words during the 2016 campaign that galvanized his supporters.

The former president’s running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) also slammed Biden’s disgusting remarks.
A mother mourning her son who died of a fentanyl overdose is not garbage. A truck driver who can’t afford rising diesel prices is not garbage. A father who wants to afford groceries is not garbage.
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden ought to be ashamed of themselves. https://t.co/lv84dw9ysC

More reactions to Biden’s appalling comments.
Biden just called half of America ‘garbage’ https://t.co/N3VtLLdzwK

Holy shit. The media spent all week crying about a joke from a comedian. Meanwhile, Tim Walz called Trump supporters Nazis. Kamala Harris refused to condemn it. And now Kamala’s biggest Democrat ally, Joe Biden, is calling all Trump supporters “garbage.” Absolutely disgusting!!! https://t.co/f0QKtaCbQm

The difference here with @JoeBiden is that he is not telling a joke. https://t.co/b2sIWHD2Mi

Just amazing that Biden managed to completely step on Kamala’s speech in the worst way possible. https://t.co/dRNL1kviab

Biden’s verbal gaffe (if that’s what it was) is an absolute nightmare for Harris campaign.
This is getting more attention than Harris’ closing argument speech. https://t.co/WKYnn5HHMB

Madam Vice President, @KamalaHarris, when President Biden called Trump supporters “garbage” moments ago, did he mean older people, like my parents? Or younger people, like my children, nephews, and nieces?
Also, are just men garbage, or are my wife and sisters garbage too? https://t.co/5U7IKNMrP6

When Tony Hinchcliffe said it, he said it as a joke, as a professional insult comic, as a groaner throwaway line buried in the cold open as the first act of a 27-speaker VIP Who’s Who set of a 7-hr event.
When Joe Biden said it, he said it seriously, as the sitting US President. https://t.co/zkqBDdK3rk

Joe and Kamala’s final message makes clear how Democrats will “unify” the country: by demonizing the other half, by censoring, deplatforming, and prosecuting it, until there is no opposition left.

As far as closing arguments go, it couldn’t be clearer what’s at stake in the most important election in the nation’s history, a return to traditional American values or the continuation of a regime that controls the vast federal police and surveillance apparatus and sees the political opposition as subhuman.
