Tennessee judge orders unvaccinated 5-year-old boy to take 18 shots, causing an ICU admission and irreversible autism

A troubling custody battle in Jamestown, Tennessee left a previously healthy, unvaccinated five-year-old boy subject to 18 vaccines in one day. A pro-vaccine Tennessee judge ordered the vaccines as a precondition for custody, pitting the mother and father against one another. When the mother agreed to get the vaccines for her kids, she was granted custody by the judge.

However, after the boy was forcibly inoculated, he had to be rushed to the ICU, where he stayed for 12 days. Little Issac has since been diagnosed with severe, regressive autism, something that cannot be undone.

So far, the judge who caused these serious health problems appears to be free from any accountability. His coercive and abusive ruling during this custody battle is an issue that should be legally addressed.

Judge divides and coerces parents, orders children to be vaccinated as part of custody dispute

This story begins with father David Ihben, who relocated with his wife and three children from Chicago in 2016. In December 2019, the couple’s marriage unraveled, and they entered a custody dispute. During the proceedings, Judge Todd Burnett, known for his pro-vaccine stance, made a striking assertion: he believed that failing to vaccinate children constituted child abuse. When it became apparent that the Ihben children were unvaccinated, the judge seized on this issue, suggesting that whichever parent agreed to vaccinate the children that day would gain custody.

David Ihben recalled the moment with a mixture of disbelief and frustration. He expressed his concerns about the judge’s heavy-handed approach, emphasizing that his parental rights were threatened as they were coerced to vaccinate their children. Despite his objections, the pressure mounted when his ex-wife’s attorney whispered advice that ultimately swayed her decision. “I’ll take them down and vaccinate them today,” she agreed – a decision that would alter the family’s trajectory forever.

That same day, the couple’s children received a barrage of vaccinations – 18 shots for Isaac alone. His daughter was given the vaccines on separate days due to allergies. His eldest son Joseph had a reaction and spent two days in the ICU. While his two older siblings experienced minimal side effects, Isaac’s condition rapidly declined. After the vaccinations, he developed a high 106 degree fever, leading to an emergency visit to the hospital. Isaac spent 12 days in the ICU, battling severe complications and high fever, a harrowing experience for a child who had previously been described as a “normal, happy kid.”

5-year-old now suffers with severe regressive autism, thanks to repugnant, pro-vaccine judge

Tragically, Isaac was later diagnosed with severe regressive autism, a profound transformation that has left him requiring around-the-clock care. This diagnosis not only devastated his father but also forced Ihben to grapple with the emotional and financial burdens that accompanied his son’s new reality.

“I never thought I’d have to deal with something like this,” he said, reflecting on the drastic changes in their lives.

As if the emotional toll were not enough, Ihben now navigates the challenges of single parenthood. His ex-wife, disillusioned with the circumstances, abandoned the family shortly after the incident, leaving Ihben to raise the children alone. Despite the difficulties, he remains committed to caring for his children and ensuring their well-being.

Judge Todd Burnett, motivated by his biased stance on vaccines, and practicing medicine without a license, coerced the parents and physically harmed the children, abusing the entire family! The implications of this case extend beyond the Ihben family, raising pressing questions about parental rights, medical autonomy and the role of the judicial system and Child Protective Services (CPS) in making health decisions for children. The ethical dilemma of using custody as leverage in vaccination decisions poses significant concerns for many families throughout the U.S.

A healthy, unvaccinated child is not an abused child. He/she is free from the poisons in vaccines and has a better chance at adapting to the world around them. Forcibly injecting them with substances their body does not need – substances that cause harm to their brain and other organs – is physical abuse.
