Time magazine owner Marc Benioff criticized Vice President Kamala Harris over the weekend for not responding to interview requests from the outlet.

“Despite multiple requests, TIME has not been granted an interview with Kamala Harris—unlike every other Presidential candidate,” Benioff wrote on the social media platform, X

“We believe in transparency and publish each interview in full. Why isn’t the Vice President engaging with the public on the same level?” the post continued.

He linked to the two pieces that Time magazine did with Presidents Donald Trump and Joe Biden, adding that transparency was important.

While Time in the past has done pieces on Harris, it has not done an exclusive interview with her.

Harris has done interviews with radio host Howard Stern and the host of the “Call her Daddy” podcast, while her GOP rival Trump has been going on more conservative-leaning podcasts as well as town halls and Fox News interviews. It was announced today that Harris will be doing her first Fox News sit-down interview this Wednesday with Bret Baier on “Special Report.”
