Democrats and their surrogates have been hammering the term “weird” to describe their political opponents but nothing could be weirder than the depraved freak show that their own party has become.
The latest example was served up by Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer who in a bizarre video feeds Doritos to a kneeling female leftist influencer in a creepily erotic tableau that blasphemes the most sacred rite of the Catholic religion.
I saw this so now you have to see it too. Gretchen Whitmer has the most bizarre political ad ever. pic.twitter.com/QDypPbWYYh

In the short video that has drawn a strong reaction for obvious reasons, podcaster Liz Plank is seen on her knees, sensually extending her tongue to receive the flavored corn chip from the Wolverine State lockdown queen who is wearing a camouflage Harris-Walz ballcap, a mockery of the sacrament of Holy Communion.
The video is apparently a popular TikTok meme where friends give each other food and stare into the camera but the governor of the critical battleground state engaging in such a stunt was bizarre and outrageous, especially to Catholics.
“How else can this be interpreted other than mockery of Catholics and the sacrament of Holy Communion, not to mention the distasteful pornographic innuendo? Gretchen Whitmer is only the latest example of the gross anti-Catholic bigotry festering inside the Democratic Party,” the group Catholic Vote asked in a post to X.

More reactions.
Am I mistaken, or is this mocking Catholic communion? I can’t imagine any politician being that stupid … but then again, I can’t imagine any other interpretation. https://t.co/C7OMZjV3vz

Here’s more from Whitmer from apparently the same “interview” where they decided mocking the Eucharist with Doritos was a good idea. And I’m not even Catholic and I was disgusted. Here they laugh about “post birth” abortion. When the left tells you who they are, believe them. https://t.co/xYgoBLKSaU

Why would Kamala’s top surrogate Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer put out a video that looks like she’s sexually mocking the Eucharist with Doritos?
Would even the vague appearance of mockery of any other faith get past a bureaucracy of staffers?
They hate you. It’s clear. pic.twitter.com/u0Qz5r2Wtl

Let’s be clear what’s happening in this video.
Gov. Whitmer of Michigan is pretending to give communion to an leftist podcaster on her knees, using a Dorito as the Eucharist while wearing a Harris-Walz hat.
Do they want ZERO Catholic votes for Harris?pic.twitter.com/daUTNX9vNn

Plank who is associated with the Gen-Z group “Hotties For Harris,” posted the video on Instagram to make a statement about the CHIPS and Science Act which was signed into law by Joe Biden in 2022.
“If he won’t, Gretchen Whitmer will. Chips aren’t just delicious, the CHIPS Act is a game-changer for U.S. tech and manufacturing, boosting domestic production of semiconductors to reduce reliance on foreign suppliers! Donald Trump would put that at risk,” she captioned the video.
“Catholics demand an immediate apology for Gretchen Whitmer’s offensive display that mocks what is most sacred to Catholics,” Catholic Vote President Brian Burch said in a statement to the Daily Mail. “She has continued the Democrats’ hateful tradition of mocking Catholics and people of faith who will not support their left-wing agenda to usher in a culture of death.”
