Elon Musk wants us to be fruitful and multiply … and he’s finally made a Tesla vehicle that can hold all 20 of your homeschooled kids.

No joke, the Robovan is a real thing. Watch a bunch of Tesla workers step out of it like the coolest-looking clown car you’ve ever seen:

That wasn’t the only thing at Tesla’s October 10th “We, Robot” event. The company debuted the Cybercab, an autonomous taxi that will cost under $30,000.

Elon also showed off the newest updates to Tesla Optimus, a robot that is designed to replace a range of manual tasks in the workplace and home. Right now, the robot is co-piloted by a human operator (that’s who is talking in the following video), but has the ability to complete tasks that require pinpoint coordination:

Elon Musk says everyone will be able own their own Optimus butler for around $30,000.

You gotta wonder what Isaac Asimov would have thought about our new positronic overlords.

After the event, people were bringing up references to Terminator and The Matrix, but there’s one sci-fi dystopia that they didn’t consider 👇
