As leftists further embrace curbing the First Amendment, new documents covering the advice Biden-Harris administration officials are said to have received from abroad on silencing speech have allegedly surfaced.

The “Twitter Files” and House investigations have covered some of the efforts to expose alleged collusion between Big Tech, Big Pharma, and government entities to censor and suppress the free flow of information.

Now, a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit reveals the details of a presentation from a meeting between the incumbents’ National Security Council and the United Kingdom’s Counter Disinformation Unit about “disinformation” as South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace (R) introduced legislation to prohibit U.S. taxpayer dollars from funding governments that violate their citizens’ rights to free speech.

“The Biden-Harris administration is so desperate to control speech and information they’re actually taking advice from foreign governments on how to violate our core constitutional rights,” Mace said in a statement to Fox News Digital amid reporting about the Aug. 21, 2021, NSC meeting that included officials from the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, CIA, FBI, CDC, and other agencies.

“It’s extreme, over-the-top, and un-American. We introduced our ‘No Funds for Fascists’ bill in response to this,” she added.

Details of the slides obtained via the FOIA request from America First Legal included laying out how officials from the U.K. had impacted “disinformation” around elections, “We’ve previously stood up an operation response to counter disinformation during the 2019 European elections, the 2019 UK general election, and the local and devolved UK elections in May of this year.”

“Whether it’s election misinformation or COVID-19 disinformation, you can trace these actions to a web of international NGOs pushing to police free speech, whatever the cause of the day might be,” explained America First Legal counsel Michael Ding to Fox News Digital. “The gaslighting the pro-censorship side engages in is ridiculous.”

The conservative watchdog group obtained the details of the meeting as part of their FOIA lawsuit against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and they represented only a portion of the hundreds of pages of documents obtained.

Among the recommendations, the slides spoke to regulating the policies of tech companies on so-called “mis-” and “disinformation” that would result in fines and penalties for violations.

“The duty of care will require companies to address harms to individuals on their online platforms, including misinformation and disinformation,” one of the slides contended.

In August of this year, three years after the meeting between U.K. and U.S. officials, concerns about the globalist attack on the First Amendment loomed large as leaders across the pond crackdown on speech amid protests, even for people outside of the jurisdiction of U.K. laws.

“The British government is now threatening to EXTRADITE social media influencers abroad that they deem play a role in the riots and charge them with terr*rism,” stated Swedish journalist Peter Imanuelsen.

Director of Public Prosecutions Stephen Parkinson told the BBC at the time that alleged offenders “must know that they are not safe and there is nowhere to hide.”

“Some people are abroad,” he continued. “That doesn’t mean they’re safe. We have liaison prosecutors around the globe, who’ve got local links with the local judiciary. We can cooperate with our international partners.”

As examples of individuals being questioned and taken into custody over their social media posts became more common, the presentation notably encouraged steering away from American sovereignty toward global governance, suggesting the U.S. State Department ally with the United Nations, G7, and NATO regarding “disinformation” standards to send a “Clear message that the international community is prioritizing this policy area, encouraging cooperation from platforms.”
