Remember when the Biden-Harris administration was patting themselves on the back for trading WNBA player Brittney Grines for the man they call “The Merchant of Death”?

Grines went back into her chosen profession, winning gold for America at the Olympics, while the Merchant of Death went back into, well, the death business.

In Moscow, Bout recently sold the Iran-backed Houthis $10 million in armaments.

Bout, 57, is known as the “Merchant of Death” and now serves as a local politician in Russian President Vladimir Putin’s party. He has reportedly returned to the arms trade as well, negotiating with Houthi representatives who visited Moscow in August to purchase some $10 million worth of small arms.

While the shipment has not been delivered, an arms deal between Moscow and the Houthis – a U.S.-designated terrorist group – represents an escalation of tensions by Putin.

These are the same Houthis who have been hijacking global supply ships in the Suez Canal, and in part, adding to the inflation that is gouging the American public.

The same Houthis who continually attack Israel:

The same Houthis who the U.S. and U.K. had to retaliate with targeted bombing against because of their attacks on American and English ships:

Now, thanks to the Biden-Harris administration, those same Houthis have even more weapons they can use to attack and kill Americans.

Bout’s representative in the U.S., Steve Zissou, said,

‘Viktor Bout has not been in the transportation business for over twenty years,’ Zissou told the Journal. ‘But if the Russian government authorized him to facilitate the transfer of arms to one of America’s adversaries, it would be no different than the U.S. government sending arms and weapons of mass destruction to one of Russia’s adversaries as it has sent to Ukraine.’

At this point, I can’t help but be nostalgic about the days when our warhawks wanted us to win.
