In the olden days, artists would sing songs of protest about an oppressive government. In the 2020s, artists would rather support Big Daddy government telling them what to do and when to do it and dump on fans who think otherwise. Not all artists, though! This one brave UK songsmith is going viral on social media singing about the things that would get him arrested had he posted them on Facebook before he moves to Poland, where the streets are safer.

Stop us if you heard this one before: Citizens oppose their government’s open borders policies, so that government makes it illegal for them to criticize the results of said open borders policies on social media.

Here’s where we say, “Pay attention, America.” Because, yes, you CAN get arrested in the UK for having the wrong opinion and saying so out loud on the internet. In some cases, not even saying so out loud.

The UK doesn’t have free speech or a First Amendment like we do in America. Or, that we do in America… for now. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but we have the most important election of our lifetimes coming up. One side supports free speech and wants to protect the First Amendment. The other side are Democrats who say OUT LOUD free speech causes them to LOSE CONTROL.

The UK has fallen. The people keep electing leaders who want to take away their right to speak freely. America has the opportunity NOT to make the same mistake in less than a month.
