A number of folks are starting to sound the alarm about Vice President Kamala Harris’ increasing chances of winning the 2024 election.

One of the factors driving this worry is new data showing that 158,000 legal immigrants in Georgia alone are expected to obtain their citizenship this year. That’s a big deal given that the margin of victory in the last presidential election was just 11,779 votes.

“If you’re in a state where the election is very close between the two presidential candidates, that could tip easily,” Steve Hubbard of the American Immigration Council told Atlanta station WABE.

These numbers are especially concerning in light of a recent Fox News poll out of Georgia that found Harris receiving 51 percent of support and former President Donald Trump receiving just 48 percent.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday conservative commentator Megyn Kelly drew her listeners’ attention to other troubling numbers.

“Listen to some of these numbers,” she said before going on to read from The Cook Political Report. “Trump continues to lead on the economy but his advantage on inflation has disappeared. He did have a six-point lead in August over her, 48-42. Now it’s evenly divided, 47-47, on who they trust more to handle the issue that 60 percent of swing state voters say is the aspect of the economy that concerns them the most.”

“They care most about inflation and they’re evenly split now on that issue. They say there’s a few explanations for it. The first is that Harris’s message on the economy has broken through. Another is that Trump’s attempt to link her to Bidenomics, I mentioned this earlier, has not been as effective as Republicans had hoped. And they go on to talk about how even Trump’s best issue, immigration, he’s still winning on it, he has his largest lead over her there, 51-42. But that’s a five-point drop from where he was over Harris in August,” she added.

Concluding her remarks, Kelly then warned that Harris’ strategy for winning voters is working.

“What this tells me is that her inanity over, ‘I’m gonna issue price controls, and I’m gonna give all first-time homebuyers $25,000, and trust me that’s not gonna drive up the price of homes for people who aren’t first-time homebuyers who aren’t, who are competing against those same people in the market’ is working!” she said. “It’s working! She’s somehow getting through on it.”

Also concerning is a new national poll by the Institute of Politics at the Harvard Kennedy School that shows Harris beating Trump by a whopping 31 points among young Americans between the ages of 18 and 29.

“The poll … shows Harris ahead of Trump, 61% to 30%, in a match-up that includes third-party candidates,” according to NPR. “Among only registered voters, Harris’ lead drops slightly, but Trump still trails her by 23 points.”

“The findings represent a marked improvement for Democrats since Harvard’s spring youth poll, which found Biden ahead of Trump by 13 percentage points among likely voters and just seven percentage points among registered voters under 30. At the time, young, left-leaning Americans around the country told NPR they were unhappy with their presidential options,” NPR notes.

A separate American University poll published this week found women prefer Harris over Trump when it comes to the economy.

“[The poll] found that a majority of women trust Harris over Trump to address inflation and bring down the cost of living,” according to Politico. “Another 46 percent prefer Harris over Trump to handle the economy, while 38 percent prefer Trump on it. Nearly two-thirds of the women surveyed said inflation and the economy were the most important issue for them as they decided on their vote.”

There is some good news. When it comes to the Electoral College, Trump still holds a massive lead over Harris:
