Second Gentlemen Doug Emhoff is being by three unnamed sources of “forcefully slapping” his then-girlfriend in 2012 for flirting with another man at an event at the Cannes Film Festival.

The woman, a New York City attorney, declined to comment for the Daily Mail’s story out of fear of retaliation.

The sources shared photos with the outlet showing Emhoff posing with the woman.

Emhoff reportedly began dating Vice President Kamala Harris in 2013 shortly after this incident allegedly occurred.

Emhoff has admitted to cheating on his first wife with the nanny after the Daily Mail published a report in August about his infidelity.
