Unsure if you know this but there was another “apparent” attempt on Trump’s life. Today’s show covers the media trying to cover this up as if it never happened.

The left is downplaying this because of how much more popularity Trump got after the first attempt.

“They don’t want that to happen and feel like they have an out because there was not a bullet fired yet,” Crowder said. “Anything that may tip in Donald Trump’s favor could be catastrophic.”

According to ABC:

Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspect in the apparent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, never had the Republican presidential nominee in his sights and did not get off a single shot at the West Palm Beach golf course where he was allegedly lying in wait for nearly 12 hours, authorities said Monday.

Secret Service Acting Director Ron Rowe Jr. said at a news conference Monday afternoon that one of their agents was several hundreds of yards ahead of Trump on Sunday when he spotted a gun barrel poking out from the tree line near the sixth green of Trump International Golf Club and opened fire on the suspect around 1:31 p.m ET.

“He did not fire or get off any shots at our agent,” Rowe said of the suspect, who officials have said was 300-500 yards away from the former president.

The media is calling it “apparent” because he was “out of sight” of the shooter. But it’s unclear what would have happened if he was “in sight” so you do the math.

“Just like that, the media moves on,” Crowder said. “These are the same people who told you Donald Trump wasn’t shot the right way and it could have been a piece of glass.”

The best the media can do is victim-blame Trump into oblivion as if this is HIS fault.

“This is the byproduct of the rhetoric of accusing Donald Trump to be Hitler,” Crowder said. “It’s no wonder the left always likes to use the term narcissist and ‘serial abuser’ because that’s exactly what they are.”
