A man from the Dominican Republic who entered the U.S. illegally is the suspect in the murder of a family of four on August 31, police said on Friday.

Police said Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano, 34, entered Puerto Rico illegally with a fraudulent New York driver’s license, according to a local news report.

He is reportedly wanted for murder that happened in 2019 in the Dominican Republic, his home country.

The bodies of 30-year-old Fraime Ubaldo, 26-year-old Marangely Moreno-Santiago, 4-year-old Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno, and 2-year-old Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno were found in a fire at their home on Knapp Avenue, according to the Irondequoit Police Department.

The suspect was arrested on Saturday and charged with four counts of murder. Police said they are searching for others who might have been involved.
