As a Democratic candidate for the Texas House of Representatives, one of the most strategic ways to win a seat might just be to smoke a doobie in a campaign ad.

And that’s exactly what Sally Duval had in mind when she shot this ad:

Lady was high as a kite when she pitched that ad, when she shot that ad, and is probably stoned out of her gourd as we speak!

Texas’s 73rd district is pretty red, as you may imagine, so, again, Sally Duval must be high as a kite if she thinks she’s gonna win in November.

But hey, at least she’s trying!
