Reports from Springfield claim Haitian migrants are somehow getting driver’s licenses and automobiles despite not knowing or understanding the traffic laws (never mind being in the country illegally without the documentation required to purchase a vehicle). It has led to a huge spike in auto accidents in the city.

An 11-year-old boy was killed.

This woman told the city commission her mother-in-law was killed by a Haitian who swerved and hit her at the end of her own driveway.
