Florida Governor Ron DeSantis spoke with Sean Hannity following Tuesday night’s presidential debate in Philadelphia, PA. DeSantis’ biggest takeaway: the moderators refrained from pressing Harris on her history of radical policy positions.

“No questions about the most radical positions any one person has ever taken in their life — and that’s the failure of ABC … there’s so much they didn’t ask her that we need answers to,” Hannity said, before asking DeSantis for his analysis.

“When CNN did the debate with Biden and Trump, I’ll give Dana Bash and Tapper credit; they asked questions and got out of the way … they weren’t biased,” DeSantis said. “This one, they only asked the follow-ups to Donald Trump to try and pin him down — they tried to fact-check him. But they fact-checked him on things he was right on!”

“They never fact-checked Kamala Harris — she repeated lies like the Charlottesville ‘fine people’ hoax and other things. They never called her to account. From the very first question, she was asked ‘Are Americans better off today than they were four years ago?’ She did not answer the question! She started rambling on about growing up in a middle-class family,” DeSantis said.

“They did not pin her down and ask follow-up questions on all her flip-flops. She acts like she’s always been a big supporter of fracking … it’s disappointing they didn’t hold her feet to the fire.”

DeSantis continued: “I think people take away from this debate — Donald Trump is the candidate that’s is going to change things, Kamala Harris is the candidate, as President Trump said in his closing statement, she’s been there three and a half years, why hasn’t she fixed anything in that time?”

“She does not have an answer to that question,” DeSantis added.
