When was the last time you heard that 50 percent of parents had to choose between groceries, bills, or school supplies? And that is on top of ⅓ of families not even able to afford it at all. Because I have never heard of such a phenomenon in what is supposed to be the only country dedicated to economic dreams but that is now the status quo while Harris is the de facto president.

Half of the parents surveyed recently by Intuit indicated that they will have to sacrifice groceries and not pay certain bills to afford school supplies and that reaches nearly 60 percent for Gen Z and Millennial parents.

According to Live Now Fox:

Half of parents surveyed recently by Intuit Credit Karma revealed that they plan to sacrifice necessities – such as groceries and bills – to make sure their kids are prepared for the school year. When looking at Gen Z and millennial parents, specifically, the figure jumps to 60% and 56%, the survey found.

The survey included responses from more than 1,000 U.S. adults, conducted online between July 19 and July 28.

Some 59% of parents with children under 18 said that due to the high cost of living, they plan to spend more money on back-to-school shopping this year, compared to previous years.

This is happening while Harris is in charge, and although we have not heard much about how she plans on ending the status quo that she is responsible for, we can be sure that all it will do is make everyone worse off.

Inflation has created affordability challenges for many parents, with 31% saying they’ll be unable to afford back-to-school shopping for their kids. This was particularly true for younger parents in the survey: 39% of Gen Z and 37% of millennials, compared to 28% of Gen X and 18% of Boomers.

According to CNN, Harris has vowed to “take on price gouging” and will “ban more of those hidden fees and surprise late charges that banks and other companies use to pad their profits.” So while you cannot even afford school supplies, let alone a concert ticket, she has dedicated her efforts to ticket fees while she puts you in the negative.

Additionally, she has “proposed providing middle-class and working families with a refundable tax credit of up to $6,000 a year (per couple) to help keep up with living expenses.” This would be paid in monthly installments of up to $500, which is nothing compared to the $12,000 more annually people needed just to make ends meet. And we can almost be sure that the cost will more than triple if Harris is installed as president.

Americans also wouldn’t need any of that money had it not been for the fake efforts to reduce inflation that actually exponentially increased it. CNN also reported that “Harris called housing a human right” and it’s unclear who will pay for housing but you better believe that won’t make housing cheaper for anyone nor will it put more money in anyone’s wallet.

Basically, the reason Americans cannot even afford school supplies is because of the utter failure of the Biden-Harris administration and it’s a pathetic joke that the Dems claim that more of the same will do anything to fix that.
