Feeble Joe Biden disintegrated in Nevada this week where he fumbled his lines, stared into space, then jogged off in the middle of an incomprehensible speech after being cut short by his own music.

Biden, who has already served more than 100 days, says he’s “gonna make sure you own more and you owe less” in his first 100 days.
