Former Michael Cohen lawyer Robert Costello told Fox News this morning that Alvin Bragg hid exculpatory evidence in his case against Trump from the grand jury.
Specifically, Costello claimed that Bragg’s office hid from the grand jury emails and text messages that Costello had regarding his conversations with Cohen about his dealings with Daniels and the home equity loan he took out to pay Daniels, which Cohen repeatedly told him that Trump had nothing to do with. Bragg’s office claimed it was ‘hearsay’ but Costello reminded them that these are ‘business records’ and hearsay doesn’t apply to them.
Costello explains it below:

I hope team Trump calls Costello to testify before this trial is over. The current jury deserves to hear every word of this.
[UPDATE]
